Finally home and that's volume 3 in the books! Pleasantly surprised by the melty turnout. I focused more on the fun and social activities rather than bracket for a change, and it was worth it. My thoughts are about the same as last year, and I wouldn't dare miss the next one!! GN

Last day! Spent a lot of time walking around Granville island and the shores of Vancouver! Topped it off with some arcade and the best chicken I've had in a while :D

Friday we found two really good shops, one for weeb stuff and one for music, topping it off with some cozy board game restaurants.

Thursday ending now, weather was bad so we tried a new cafe and it was actually good, so we finally played TF2 without relegating each other to 200 ping, more arcade stuff too :]

Wednesday went to the mall and did more arcade stuff, and a little bit of quake before the net cafe exploded on itself

Tuesday was spent close to home base, most of it spent at the arcade. Normally the fighting games are dead but I got to play against a random on a cabinet for the first time! Old Japanese guy that had the dp motions locked in

Monday we did a lot of walking around Vancouver, it's fun seeing the culture shock from my friends, also got some vinyl :]]

Made the trip to Vancouver to meet some friends from out of the continent, consider this a vacation thread I guess. Sunday was just a decompressing from travel day, got to try lots of foreign snacks :)
