This pain is ridiculous, the moment i can't take anything for it its overwhelmingly excruciating. I needed surgery ages ago. If I don't post it's because I'm too flared up. Please help if you can.

This pain is getting to overwhelming... It's getting harder to control, harder to sleep, harder to exist.
I'm sorry I had to choose food over pain treatment. Idk how Im going to overcome it this time... It's too much. I can't afford to exist waiting for who knows what for surgery...
