Also, you'd be getting regular blood work done at the doctor, so they should be able to catch anything you don't.

Maybe it's worth talking to your PCP about your concerns and see if they have advice?

I remember searching for "pudgy"/"chubby" stuff years ago and seeing people who weigh 400 lbs. and thinking, "Maybe I don't know what these words mean?"

I think people fixate on labels that are ill-defined or whose definitions are deliberately resisted, and for that reason, I'd say don't sweat it!

I get tested regularly and all is well. Presumably they would tell me to stop use if anything concerning came up.

You don't really know if you're going to have side effects until you have them, unfortunately. I've been on Descovy for years with no effects whatsoever, but I know people who had to stop with PrEP very quickly because shit was fucking them up.
