We celebrated a big win yesterday at Penn South with a new tax relief program to help 160,000 families make improvements and environmental upgrades to their buildings.

Last week the City Council passed Intro 654, a tax abatement for capital improvements in affordable housing! This will help co-ops make building improvements to comply with Local Law 97 & cut climate pollution. Thank you @marklevinenyc.bsky.social @keithpowersnyc.bsky.social for your support!
