If Elliott doesn't return, he'll be 38th. He'll be OK to advance, I believe, unless Austin Dillon (32nd, 3 laps down) finishes top-7 or SVG (36th, 4 laps down) finishes top-three or Bowman wins.

NASCAR/Goodyear will release the tires to the teams once they have mounted a set for every team that wants them (and they all do). Bowman radio says they have about six teams left to release.
Actually wording should be teams can buy an extra set of tires.
