Peter, I do hope you will continue to work for the people of N.West in some way, though I wouldn't blame you if you retired. Your post is gracious as folks have said but they replaced a genuine guy for a no-experience kid because of the same two party politics that are wrecking the states. IVoted4u!

Struggling to process this tragic event so close to home today, but the story I don't want is: how will this effect the rest of the campaigning? Like, if you don't know who you're voting for yet, is today the day the leaders are going to change your mind? Let's all mourn today.

I feel sad that so many Americans are misunderstanding how social safety nets work for the greater good of everyone and believe that those who "receive assistance" are somehow a burden. I fear that my own country may soon head down this road of stupidity. Thanks for sharing your story, Micheal.
