29. This may be super based, but I may have a new favorite director! While this was a rewatch, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie of Eggers that I didn’t like. Spooky scenery, crazed family, absolutely perfect!

26. Interesting take on a pretty basic story. I did find myself shouting “WHAT?!” multiple times due to some of the acting/character choices. Good movie? No, but better than some I’ve seen

25. Idk, the set pieces were nice and the sound design was fantastic. I think the story was decent and the acting was good. But I didn’t find the overall movie compelling. The perspective shift thing was weird and I don’t feel like made sense, but that probably just me

24. The new beginning seems to put the franchise back to a place where it’s telling a story. I have questions that need answering. So I guess I’ll have to continue on!

23. Dang! I have gotten really far behind on this. Today I did the fourth Friday the 13th. I’m slowly remembering why I’ve never really been a big fan of slashers. This one’s pretty much let’s get some naked teens and kill ‘em. Not much plot, just boobs and blood

20. Kept it going since I"m still behind. This one felt a lot like the first one just, what if Jason was the killer. Cool. Hopefully the rest of the series gets better cause I've never watched all of these (only the first)
