Any insights on why someone like Evans wouldn't go through the combine? I would've thought the benefit of going through the full process (combine + workouts) is so that it's no longer new when he does decide to stay in the draft, so I'm just curious

The rest of the NBA is waiting for Curry to retire, and the Warriors are just gonna draft Clayton and it'll be another decade of [possibly] elite shooting

6'8", 220 frame as a 19 year, and he's the son of a coach. Seems hard to imagine a world where a team *doesn't* fall in love with him and want to at least grab him in the late lottery
