I've always liked Big The Cat.
Once in 1997 or 98, before Sonic Adventure came out, someone from Sega joined #Sonic on EFNet, and asked (1) what we wanted to see in the game, and (2) to describe our furry character. So I pasted my character description, which was "A big cat from the Ice Cap Zone".

If the current government is so dysfunctional that it shut itself down, then it's time to dissolve it and start fresh with a new one. The Declaration of Independence says the perople have a duty to do so. You can keep the same constitution if you like.
