Hat finished and delivered to my mom. I didn’t put all the support stitches in the brim because it needed to be soft and flexible behind her head for reasons.

Ok got the rest of the freeze prep done. Spread hay over the ball valve at the silo. Ducks locked up. Goat shed full of hay. Chix are locked up. Cats are toasty warm.

Got my sewing on over the last two days and finished this denim bucket hat. I added a loop to hold a flower stem, or ribbon, or whatever. This is crazy soft. Denim sewing is much slower than quilting cotton.

Sewing a denim version of the same bucket hat pattern. Cut up some old jeans for this. Topstitching the brim to crown here.
