IT IS RESURRECTED!

And then some, this is really more of an artistic tribute to the original Halikan industrial design with better materials and some fancy flair. Check it out, it's some of the best work by @polymatt.bsky.social yet!

Yet they place on the left of the display - weirdly inconsistent 😂

Hopefully wont come to, as actually I believe in the NHS and want to be an NHS GP (or I'd have already left!)

To contract resignation - would have to be when we could make enough privately to at least cover our costs.
To reduce our "good will" to demonstrate the underfunded work and, if not funded, make the NHS pay secondary care prices for secondary care to do - we're there.
Views very much my own.

More logical seems to be refusal of any non contracted work, refusal of new schemes, shared care etc. Doesn't threaten viability and doable - looks less like a bluff.
Anyway just by 2¢ on a complex subject

An interesting read, thanks.
But general practice in the 1960s was very different to today. Wasn't large practices with many 10s if not 100 staff members all whom would have to paid or paid redundancy. Not liable for IT costs to practice and maintain so could function electronic records, etx etc

Looks cool!
Is there an up to date up for it that allows directions from google maps to show on the display when eg walking or cycling?

Undated contract resignations just seem a bit silly? Not likely that practices would actually all resign their contracts as financial liability on partners would be catastrophic.

I do love some retro computing, but I'm not sure I'd use windows 3.1 as my benchmark for user friendliness!

I really enjoy the slower sonics like sonic 1 on the megadrive and the mastersystem series. Megadrive Sonic 2 is a bit too fast to control well.
All suffer the hell of the water levels though!
