Emden Goose: Anser anser the heaviest of the domesticated geese. Very intelligent, excellent layer and guard goose. Originated in Germany. It’s easy to see the resemblance to the Pachycephalosaurus.

Noticed more birds out and about today ahead of the bomb cyclone. Even the adorable Anna’s hummingbird decided to take a break before the storm. Last year, she made her nest in the same rose bush wonder if she’ll return to her favorite spot again this year. Nature always seems to know what’s coming.
