My first round was so rich it was basically a fume. This is my third time and still chasing recreation. I used to do veg stocks and soups all the time but married a guy not into “soupy” foods. I’ve converted him bit by bit over the years.

Congratulations! I don’t know that my recovery & transformation will ever include a marathon, but I totally understand how meaningful this is as I felt it doing a half marathon 2.5 yrs into my recovery. So huge for you. ❤️ the polar bear medals pic.

He switched oat milk brands as soon as I noticed and asked if he knew about the added sugars.

Wow. Better to be blocked then. I’m tired of non-dessert products being n the grocery store that have added sugars in them. It’s a huge problem in the states and definitely fuels disordered eating too. In desserts we expect added sugars, but much less so in other products…..like my hubby’s oat milk.

With my doctor’s permission I extended my 2 wk dupixent eosinophilic asthma dosing to 4 wks, but forgot to switch it back to 2 wks for the move conditions so yesterday was a reminder, so it was a 3 wk gap. Hopefully this will help resolve some added issues I was experiencing 🤞

Fetterman really let a lot of ppl down. Seems we have a number of prominent elected officials with severe mental health problems, which his situation seems linked. It makes sense that with the mental health care crisis in the Stares, that some of our elected officials are going to thick in it too

Goodness, I’d love to see those 🧵. Makes me wonder if it’ll get picked up by Bad Medical Takes, unless this argument was against getting rid of fluoride in water vs. only addressing impacts of sugar.

You can’t just pay for an online subscription and be left alone, but exposed to the same junk and data/cookie mining except for that small percent that can stay super literate in maximizing online privacy. This helps the likes of Cambridge Analytica & harms average ppl, making democracy vulnerable.

It’s just too bad that the classic online publishing environment comes with so many toxic bells and whistles that we haven’t learned to sidestep or educate around yet. The embedded adverts for scam weightloss, scam medicine, faux tabloid captions, cross-site data gathering/cookies

🙏 Thx!! Yesterday afternoon we found some skin rxns to what look like bug bites. We’re going to monitor him closely, & make sure that while he’s getting new playmates he’s kept busy and tired. Yesterday he got tuckered out by a friend’s 6 yr old sweet adventurous girl and their terrier. Perfect 😍

There’s the east coast anti-Kennedy crowd that hates any whiff of political dynasty in families but to them I say, “misogyny is the political dynasty you dinosaurs.” Then of course the reliable misogynists of all genders who can’t stomach women as leaders, which is a sick pathological shortfall too.

Hillary voter here. Having a bitch boss in office would have been so much better for America in 2016. And having a lady boss in the White House with whatever faux micro aggression labels MAGA and Fox spread about Harris in 2024 would have been the U.S. winning too. Dire times are with us…FAFO.

In Colorado a red, new, mustang sped aggressively past us. 2 miles up the road the same car had its engine block obliterated, it and a smashed jeep were on the shoulder of the road. weather conditions were perfect. This is burned into my mind. Nothing wrong with safe, cautious driving.

Reminds me of the “above and below” check we do in our family whenever one of us has something achey or hurting. Referral of pain/stiffness to other body parts…and compensation, is definitely very real in biomechanics.

Our pooch has is licking incessantly since we moved from Den to Cali. We think it’s stress/leaving his pooch friends, but since he’s doing it despite lots of dog park time & puzzles we worry. Our dog is good with object permanence and we can’t fully unpack so I think that’s stressing him too.
