1.) Going to some kind of ward system.

2.) Ditching the Mayor's office altogether & switching to a council-manager system where a technically skilled city manager is appointed to oversee administrative functions.

Top rule contributing to my quality-of-life as an #unhoused person in #Vancouver has been to stay away from shelters. I remember outreach worker in early 2000s lying that shelters were clean & safe when every #homeless person knew otherwise! Personally, sleeping rough has been cleaner & safer!

Over on the Hellsite™ I've asked ICBC if it requires #BritishColumbia Cybertruck owners to have valid armoured vehicle permits. In 2011 B.C. banned vehicle armour & bulletproof glass without permits & Cybertrucks have what Tesla calls "armored glass" & body panels marketed as proof against 9mm ammo.
