Diffuse Midline Glioma is one of the most aggressive childhood brain tumors, with very limited treatment options.
They are known to have signature mutations in histone 3 variants. Additional mutations also include PDGFRA, TP53, ACVR1 and PI3K mutations #ISRVT25
