What are you studying lately? On long drives, I often listen to #GreatCourses and I'm about to finish *The Pagan World* by Dr. HF Mueller. --Not what I was expecting from the title, and simultaneously interesting. #Paganism #Hinduism #GreekMythology #RomanEmpire #WorldHistory #ReligiousPhilosophy

Yoga is one approach to #SomaticHealing -- I started my #yoga practice in 2004, when I injured my foot as a #dance major at #ArizonaStateUniversity. I became a teacher in 2017, when I was navigating #trauma. The practice has supported my #WellBeing in more ways than one. >> @wholeyou.bsky.social <<

A 4-legged family member crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 🐶🌈 Simba was my Grams' last dog before her death in 2016. He lived another 7+ years with my parents, who had to say goodbye last night. He has transitioned into his next form, and we'll miss his antics. 💔 PS- Magnolias were Grams favorite.🌸
