Epic Games is investigating reports that not all owners of the Way Too Fast, Orbital Overload, and Keep Poppin Lobby Tracks were given V-Bucks as part of these tunes becoming Jam Tracks in the Festival Pass.

Epic is working on this now and will provide an update when all V-Bucks have been granted.
