If Jerome Powell were a vengeful person, he would resign first thing tomorrow from the Fed.

Why hold on for five miserable months?

The market will go in convulsions once they realize that Kevin Hassett will be in charge of policy.

But Powell is probably too standup of a guy to cause a ruckus.

No one in Iran outside the regime understands why Khamenei is holding on to his nuclear program as if his life depended on it.

The people there must be confused as to why they have to starve because of some useless enriched uranium hidden somewhere.

Before you get to the ultimate deadly confrontation, do federal agents have a duty to call local police if they are confronted with a traffic dispute in a municipality?

Were there federal laws that needed to be immediately enforced when the ICE officers approached the women involved? I doubt it.
Minnesota’s top prosecutors will conduct their own review of Renee Nicole Good’s killing by an ICE agent after the state’s criminal investigative bureau said the FBI had cut it out of the investigation.

You get the impression that if Aldrich Ames was head of CIA’s Russia desk today, he would have a lot less pocket money than he had in his heyday.

There probably are not any useful Russian assets to sell out anymore. And we just rely on the word of the Kremlin.
