Yeah but they’re going to get screwed due to their own stupidity.They actually get $50k paid $10k a year over 5 years. If for any reason they leave before their tenure is up, they have to payback all the money they had been paid up until that point.i don’t think there’ll be any Repub in office then

There will be. Maybe not now or within the next 3 years but after we get another Dem in the White House, he will pay dearly. Along with a few more.

And that's what's so sad. The US team didn't cause this but will will have their achievements overshadowed by the actions of an out of control government. I have American pride in them. I have American pride in America. Just not in our government which is definitely unamerican.

I really feel sorry for this year's USA OlymImagine for every gold they win, there will be overwhelming boos with the national anthem is played intruding on their deserved enjoyment and price of being the best. That's not what they've worked so hard for nor what they deserve.
