I dont understand how anyone could look at that video and possibly reject my Hi-Pressure Blood Theory. It's like a billion times more awesome than any other Hit Point Theory.

Losing 2 liters (10 HP) is fatal for the average person. Your body has more blood than 2L, but you're already dead.

Stirges drink blood. Not Plot Armor or Luck. Blood.
D&D HP are blood.
The higher the character's HP, the more blood they have. The more blood, the higher the PSI.
It's as dumb as any other explanation.

OK. Last time.
A D&D Stirge detaches after draining 10 HP of blood. Therefore HP are a measurable unit of blood (I estimate 200ml per HP).

Characters with high HP might have hundreds of liters contained in their bodies at high pressure. Even light nicks tend to spray anime-style.
It's science.

YouTube let's me try up to 3 thumbnails at a time and tells me which is the most effective.
Initially, I loaded 3. Within the first day it was clear one wasn't working for people, so I reduced it to 2. After 6 days, the algorithm tells me.... nothing.
I can only assume they suck equally

I knew when I wrote that part into the review script that people would get mad.
But I also know that if I dont remind people they "have permission" to change a published adventure however they'd prefer, they won't realize they can.
So its worth it.

It's kinda weird reading hate comments because the Pulp Cthulhu game I played in my house with my friends... <checks notes>... wasn't sexist enough.
I asked my wife if she felt I did her a disservice by not making the game more historically sexist, and she said no.
