My daughter just did this. Threw some jeans in with a load of towels. Such a delight. Tissues stuck to everything!

When I lived in Missouri, we would have never went on SNAP because it's looked down upon.

I also think red state folks feel more judgement for being on SNAP from their neighbors. In Oregon, lots of people use SNAP at some point. My husband got laid off and at the time we had 5 small kids. During the summers, if you qualify for reduced lunch (again, five kids) you get an EBT card/kid.
