Martin Luther King Jr. was a remarkable, phenomenal man of character. America was blessed to have been influenced by such a beautiful human being. He had a dream. His dream is also my dream. I carry his dream in my heart every day & let it mark the depths of my soul. He gave us a gift of coexistence
A much needed reminder today.
Thank you, Dr. King.

Martin Luther King Jr had a dream that his 4 children would be judged by not by the color of skin but content of character.

I make this statement to remember his importance towards America.

Don't be racist.

Today is a celebration of the life of Martin Luther King Jr. A man who had a dream that one day all men and women could be equal. That they are not judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I will be boycotting this inauguration because we’ve obviously lost our way.

On this day in 1963, the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered what is now called his “I Have A Dream Speech” in the U.S. Capitol. He was the keynote speaker at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.

I will honor Dr. Martin Luther King tomorrow by watching his I Had a Dream speech and by reading his Letter from Birmingham Jail. Just like I usually do. (It's a bit too cold for my typical service project.)

Dream of a better world, my friends.
