Oh wow! I’m sorry you had to go through that. Did your first Shingles shot cause that kind of reaction too? I was sore after my first, but not as bad as having shingles!

I thought about scheduling my 2nd Shingles shot and adding the flu & Covid….and then some small sense of self preservation kicked in and I didn’t.
