We have heard that theatre audiences are not returning to theatres in their pre-pandemic numbers. Is there any data on why? Have any arts organizations commissioned a survey from a polling company to gather data on this?

There's been overnight break-ins 2 nights in a row @ Alumnae Theatre. Venue & #FringeTO companies performing there have had 1000's of $ worth of equipment stolen. I hear an assistance fund is planned (through @fringe-toronto.bsky.social ?), but in the meantime, buy ALL their merch. #TheaTO #ComedyTO

I haven't mentioned my Canadian theatre starter pack in a while. If you are a Canadian theatre maker in any capacity, its a good way to connect with other Canadian theatre makers on Bluesky. If you want to be a part of it, just reply and let me know!
