Like with youtubers from how I look at some streamers it gives me the impression a lot of these people are doing it because they have to stream this weekend and not that they want to and because of that just do whatever the fuck keeps people around.

And most big streamers are like Elvis or any other individual that got famous early into their lives by doing something that is relatively easy and fun to do cannot handle that rapid amount of fame and notoriety and shouldn't be rewarded with big events for their almost antisocial behaviour.

Films and Music and whatnot take months if not years of work to do and an award is meant to recognize all that work. Most of YouTube and nearly all of twitch is able to be set up in a few minutes and the rest is just recording you do something not that it's bad but it isn't award worthy to me.

I just know this is going to be a terrible fucking discourse in the fandom on par with security breach where everyone becomes increasingly deranged until somebody big says something stupid and then we fight over that for 4 years.
