Having competitive MP does not require Nazi Germany to be playable, though. You could design the MP around which of the Allied factions performs the best against the computer-controlled Axis, for example.
It's 100% a free choice for them to make Nazi Germany a player faction.

Speaking of, one of the weird minor issues with e-readers is that the e-ink gets sluggish in low temperatures, plus the metal casing (of my Kindle model, at least) gets cold to the touch, making the reading experience rather uncomfortable in the classic "waiting for a bus/train in winter" scenario.

Been watching the trailers for the recent 40k videogames, and they are completely devoid of even a hint of satire. It's all played completely straight. What is the intent there, I wonder.

I don't recall where I got it from, but there's a similar concept for guns. Paint 'em all bright pink, every last one, and make it a massive crime to paint them any other way.

He's not talking about the crime rate LOL There are plenty of historic city centers in European cities where car traffic is kept to the bare minimum, just residents and deliveries/maintenance.
