Having competitive MP does not require Nazi Germany to be playable, though. You could design the MP around which of the Allied factions performs the best against the computer-controlled Axis, for example.

It's 100% a free choice for them to make Nazi Germany a player faction.

Speaking of, one of the weird minor issues with e-readers is that the e-ink gets sluggish in low temperatures, plus the metal casing (of my Kindle model, at least) gets cold to the touch, making the reading experience rather uncomfortable in the classic "waiting for a bus/train in winter" scenario.
