Big two for me coming out very soon is Escape from Ever After and Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass (Console Edition). Former's a Paper Mario-like and one I very much liked playing the demo of. Latter is just a fairly bare bones RPG Maker game but the combat has a lot of interesting depth to it.

It's mostly just the fact that there was actual depth to Hermann as a character in the first game and then there's absolutely none whatsoever in the second game that makes me get so upset with it.

Also goodness gracious talk about taking one of the most interesting characters from the first game, Hermann, and then turning him into the most cardboard nothing obnoxious character in this game.

So bizarre to make Paul be the focus of the ending after writing him out of the first 90% of the game.

Meanwhile I see too many people who are uncofortable sharing who they are/engaging with others in even more general ways, like hobbies and activities they enjoy, let alone sex stuff. Just want to maintain emotional distance in all aspects of their lives and then wonder why they can't get a partner.
