- cleaned kitchen nook
- 4 loads of laundry
- scrubbed bath tub
- vacuumed
- cleaned the vacuum
- broke down cardboards
- grocery shopping
- bought some brita filters

AND I’m about to make dinner! Send me back to vacation again!!

Lifted today 🥹 Squats, deads and a bit of chest! I’m now lifting to get the blood flowing vs. lifting to get a fat ass lol. Setting a goal for end of January - B 55, S 135, D 185 I wanna feel strong again 🤩

We went bouldering for the first time in 6+ months and I forgot how hard and fun climbing could be!! Forearms, core, back all very sore and busted!! Can’t wait to go again in another 6 months lol.

Unfortunately I have rediscovered that eating clean does in fact positively affect your mood and energy levels. Will be making this my whole personality until the next thing. 🙂‍↕️

I am once again updating my portfolio. Tell me why it takes me 50 years to lay out a single case study and Nick can write a 100-page report in a couple days. 🥲

My PA asked what brought me to the PNW and I said bc Nick got a job. She goes “tech?” and I was like “yes, but he’s not like.. a tech worker” why did I say that 😭

I practiced pole inversions two nights ago just to see if I could. Stoked to see what these will look like 6 months from now!! Idk where I wanna go with my lil pole journey but it’s been nice feeling myself get stronger at something again. 🙂‍↕️

After a month and a half of weekly ~baby~ beginner pole classes, I finally took my first ~beginner~ pole class last night!! 😭 Feels like I’ve been run over by a bus rn.

Slept good as hell last night tho lol.

Got wrecked by the simplehuman Black Friday sale 😮‍💨

Lost power around 7 pm tonight so we all gathered around the fireplace. Felt like camping minus the being dirty part lol.
