Unfortunately, as you can see from the first picture, JJ O'Donnell suffered the loss of his left leg late in the second half. Thankfully, his agony didn't last long as the @stanarmy.bsky.social located the missing limb, allowing Dunston's physio to reattach it tout de suite

Here are some early skirmishes, with good footwork from Dale Pearson and Kane Evans, and excellent karate technique from the returning Alex Payne. Good to see Alex back in the middle of the park.

Finally, a month after my last game, I took in @heatonstan.bsky.social, at Dunston this time. The Stan came up against a ruthless opponent, and managed only a fine headed goal towards the end.
