An Ensign finally broke us out of the loop. Not with science, or engineering. But by somehow realising that they needed to wake up three minutes earlier and NOT hit their snooze button.

Apparently said Ensign slept through every single other repeated cycle.

Lucky.

I guess that universe won't have a pilot and a captain to steer them out of the delta quadrant. We know how that goes, we've already sent probes through to a few quantum realities and they are all over-run by borg.

Well, Borg and really, really tired looking Captains Riker.

"I've seen some shit" hits differently when you realise the medical bay computer is hooked up to an infinite number of other medical bay computers and the doctors are just sitting there reading medical journals and files.

That ship will be going straight to the Daystrom Institute where I'm sure it'll be kept in isolation, far away from any other megalomanical artificial intelligences.

I'm positive they know exactly how to look after this kind of thing.

Just another day on '80, where nothing foreshadowing happens!

Update: Oh no, someone has already sat in the cockpit and interfaced with it.

Is it too early to send it back to where it came from?
