The only thing that seems to work for me is like a calming ambient playlist on Spotify or youtube.

For the the light at the end of the tunnel is a train.

I hate teeth/mouth pain...I broke my toe and I was like that sucks... but if I get a pain in my mouth I turn into the biggest baby.
