...now that shops, vendors etc are passing on their bank charges when we use credit cards, do note that when you use a 'DEBIT' card, it is prohibited by the Durbin amendment to the Dodd-Frank Reform Protection bill for vendors to add this surcharge....it is a 'cash' transaction after all.
