I finally have an answer for my internet issues. The tower closest to me is having HVAC issues and isn't cooling properly, but when asked for an ETA on fix time they dodged the question, so likely not anytime soon.

Okay, it seems to have leveled out for the time being, so we're going to give this a shot. If does start to suck again like it did yesterday, then I'll end the stream and I'll try to figure out why my internet has decided now of all times to be a huge pain in my ass. >.>

So internet apparently changed it's mind on behaving today. I'm going to hold off until 2:30p EST and see if it doesn't stabilize. I'll make another post if stream ends up canceled.
