Fish tacos can be hit or miss sometimes. Some places have AMAZING fish tacos, and then some are absolutely gross. Fried fish tacos tend to be the best, in my opinion :]

I use Clip Studio Paint, hut I also heard Procreate is good as well for stabilization

I don't know of one that has stabilization built in, but I do know that a lot of the drawing programs themselves have stabilization to help with this. It depends on what program you're interested in using.
