Everyone hiring: please stop with the application questions. You can ask that in the interview!!! Cover letters are bad enough when everything you need to know is on a CV. ‘Why do you want to work here’ WHY DO YOU THINK!!! No one should be spending ages applying for jobs. Waste of time!
