Yes it is, with no windows scaling turned on. Seems to be a specific issue with this game for me :( Verifying the game files didn't resolve it either.

Overseer! Also is there anyway to override the resolution settings? Despite having a 3440x1440 monitor, the only options I have in game are 1920x1080 and 1280x720 😭
