I don't mind the cutscenes but the gameplay repetition kills it for me. More so if you go for the true ending

My uneducated guess for why they have the Fountain of Dreams and the space robot is that Sakurai somehow managed to get significant funding from Nintendo and wanted an excuse to spend some of that on spiffy new models for content from his old games

I remember one time two of my middle school classmates were playing yugioh at lunch, the first boy tried to read a card the second one played and the second boy slapped his hand away and said "you can't read it, you have to figure out what it does" and this has the same energy

Shoot the dictator and prevent the war? But the dictator is merely the tip of the whole festering boil of social pus from which dictators emerge; shoot one, and there’ll be another one along in a minute. Shoot him too? Why not shoot everyone and invade Poland?
