As much as I love the sort of like, "silent killer" thing that Springtrap can be and I tend to lean into it and write him like that, I've been liking giving him a bit more pazzazz recently.

Also a little thing - the suit is way more bulkier than he is. He has quite a thin frame for someone who stands 6'1" - and SpringBonnie is a lot, say, "larger" in that sense, so he takes up more of the room when wearing that suit.
When Spencer dons the SpringBonnie suit - he's a whole new person. His gait and motions are a whole lot more fluid, his voice is more bouncy and has more life and cadence to it.
When he's not in the suit, his voice is a lot more flat. The cadence is off, and he's not all there.

And Everett is the complete opposite, he's the warm person, but he can be quite bossy when it comes to dealing with his employees. He seems like a nice guy, he likes to talk - but really, he's just as much as a dick as Spencer is sometimes, though not as blunt about it.
Spencer exaggerates his words when he speaks and also is quite cold to his employees, I think the best comparison would be Snape in the way he talks?
He also has a tendency to draw out his words and avoid using contractions, so he'll say "that is" instead of "that's" - for example!

Spencer is a really good tailor. Before he established Freddy's in the early 70s, he worked as an apprentice at a tailor's shop in Wales, and became one of the best in the trade before abruptly quitting to move to the States.
