Sugar is fine from time to time. And incorporated into ie is among the most enjoyable ways to eat it. That said, I love a savory meat pie. Made this samosa pie for our Sunday dinner and it was magnificent:

Dude, I LOVE turkey. But most people have no idea how to properly roast one and end up overcooking it to the point where it’s sawdust dry. Love the day-of bird, and the yummy leftovers that come with it: Turkey tikka masala, turkey birria, turkey tetrazzini, turkey pho, and more.

Dude, I LOVE turkey. But most people have no idea how to properly roast one and end up overcooking it to the point where it’s sawdust dry. Love the day-of bird, and the yummy leftovers that come with it: Turkey tikka masala, turkey birria, turkey tetrazzini, turkey pho, and more.
This has been, to say the least, a brutal week. So today, I have engaged in intensive cooking therapy, the main product of which is this glorious samosa pie: a tender turmeric-infused hot water crust filled with lamb, potatoes, peas, and loads of lovely spices. Now, all I need is the Birds to win.

I think we could all learn from an 83-year-old who’s still playing three-hour shows and still bringing the house down. Sir Paul was next level; I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to see him.

We had Friendsgiving at our house today. 20 of us together, and but for snapping a few pics (the two below are pies I baked for our dessert), not a single person looked at their phone even once. It was lovely. I hope everyone’s day was just as peaceful.
