Greenland is just a tiny bit larger than the Louisiana purchase. He wants to be the greatest real estate guy, he's gotta beat Jefferson. He doesn't care about war, no one he cares about will be in danger. He just wants his name in the history books.

My guess would be that at your house, 'a book and some dice' is a very poor description for distinguishing one thing from another. I imagine it's books and dice all the way to the ceiling.
