It’s a pattern. For decades we have watched the GOP find loopholes in every law and every norm.

Also the admin seems to be throwing out the possibility that they won’t allow back pay. If so, why would anyone come back? They’ve got bills to pay.

IMO I t’s usually just before the 30-day point that the GOP realizes they must do something. They will enjoy themselves till that gets closer.
