I'm not saying the Imperium are the good guys, no one in the setting is. Pointing out something that is factually wrong isn't being an apologist.

While I get what you're going for, there is PLENTY of evidence for LGBTQ rights in the Imperium in the books. pretty sure there's been Trans Callidus assassins and Sisters of Battle.
