Dozy Donald sleeping again.

Too old, too incompetent, too much in Putin's pocket, to be president.

ICE is operating like a modern Gestapo and grabbing people off the streets.

America, you OK with this?

A few cars honked, but it was too much trouble, I guess, to get out and standup for freedom.

Shameful!

‪Good writers will try to give villains plausible motivation.

Cardboard or cartoon bad guys don't challenge our moral smugness.

But, when it's American airmen returning to kill survivors, we are forced to ask, are we now the bad guys?

And if we don't demand accountability, do we share this blame?

Listening to "The Rest Is History" podcast about the rise of Hitler leading to WWII.

Many eerie parallels to Trump's America.

Even an attempt on Hitler's life, like the attempt on Trump, that gains him public sympathy.

Final solution at this point just deportation, like what ICE is doing now.

Just finished reading "The Wreck of the Mary Deare", by Hammond Innes.

It is a rollicking good old sea yarn and thriller by a very capable author. Liked it a lot.

Because Danielle Sith rolled back the corporate taxes for her boardroom buddies, Alberta is facing a $6.4 billion deficit.

Meanwhile, health spending per capita is among lowest in Canada.

If we'd kept Notley's budget, the books would be balanced.

Just heard interview with Rob Smith on CBC Radio, president of the UCP here in Alberta.

He says majority of UCP party is in favour of separation.

If that's true, we should be recalling the entire party.

They have no mandate for separation.

"Your First Amendment rights are down there on the sidewalk", said one #ICE thug as he slammed a protester down in Chicago.

Trump has emboldened & funded this force to believe they are beyond the law or any constitutional oversight.

They are practicing terror on the way to creating a police state

Anyone who thinks #Carney caved in to #Alberta should look a little closer at what the #MOU actually says.

This was a master-stroke of pragmatic diplomacy where the feds got concrete environmental commitments from Alberta by just promising to step out of the way of a pipeline pipedream.

The news coverage of the #UCP Party AGM reveals there are many dark, seditious, & anti-Canadian sentiments in their tent.

Danielle Sith's flirting with separation has only emboldened them.

Hard to believe we let a party with so many wackos in it gain power in #Alberta.

For those who read history, how Nazis would burst into homes and drag off Jewish families. You wondered why the German people let that happen.

Wonder no more, it's happening in the US today as ICE raids terrorize Latino communities.

This is a racist policy.

Growing up, watching a war movie, the inhumanity of the bad guys was graphically demonstrated when they'd return to shoot at a helpless allied pilot floating in the water.

Shooting survivors is a vile act.

But, leaving no witnesses, that's what mobsters do.

All this invoking of the "Not Withstanding Clause" to take away our human rights is giving Danielle Sith a bad reputation.

People are beginning to call her the "Wicked Witch of the West".

I like the image in the background of the new plates.

Not a fan of the new slogan. Much preferred "Wild Rose Country"

But, I guess if the new plates say "strong and free", truth in advertising means we won't have to pay for registrations anymore.

Says it right there .... free.
