They wouldn't oppress if they weren't idiots. Oppression is always unproductive and self defeating in the long term. Oppression means they can't think of a more intelligent way of leadership.

I think Miller plans for a succession on July 4th, if necessary using the Epstein files to make Trump step down. That's why they're held back. That's why temperature is being ramped up now.
Note that July 4th is during the World Cup, where "security" and surveillance will be excessive.

Agreed, except that it won't be Trump at that time. They prepare for a transfer of power this year, I reckon in summer around July 4th. The midterms would then be about the new administration. They make sure you can't vote them out.

They don't need much training anyway. Acting like a thug comes naturally for them. They bring that skill into the deal, and earn money for acting it out with guaranteed immunity. The only thing they need to be trained for, I guess, is how not to accidently kill each other.

People in the US often compare ICE with the Gestapo, because that's what they know about, but it is indeed more apt to compare them with the SA.
