3/3) I am fully aware this is not an option for most, and I am thankful I have that ability. Truly I wish the US medical system was like most around the world. They tend to focus on getting people better over corporate profits.

2/3) I spent the summer abroad offering hospice care for an inlaw. Within 2 weeks I had seen the US equivalent to a primary, and a handful of specialists. Just because they listened to me and instead of relying on me believing in god, they kept running tests.

1/3) In 24 I spend over 10k in medical expenses. Because meeting your deductible does not end the syphon. After a lot of gaslighting the doctors wanted to start some crazy treatment plans. That I now know would have caused severe complications.

Unfortunately when someone makes a stance part of their personhood, they rarely bend unless severely and directly harmed. And if that stance allows hate they may become drunken in hate and return even if it harms themselves.

If you are in the US, I would recommend saving money by traveling to another country for healthcare. For less than my copay in the US, I received more care in two weeks than a year in the US. I can hardly wait until next summer to see my amazing doctors abroad again.

It almost feels like they are helping the insurance never have to pay. Like, congrats you just reached your deductible on Dec 31. For the next 12 hours healthcare will be paid in full by insurance. And, the next appt. isn't available until October.

Unfortunately the service members are just pawns in Trump's game. They had no choice and could have been charged as AWOL. I think all funding of DHS should be withheld until first their tactics have ended, and second they compensate the service members for the 60 days they were illegally called up.

I agree with the sentiment. I only worry about the repercussions. Since Citizens United they would be allowed to pour money into politics and sway their congregations. Currently the biggest thing holding them back is fear of losing their tax exemption.

It is a shame when hate groups commandeer cultural symbols to promote their hate.
At least it will be easy to track him down when the time of reckoning comes.

I try to politely explain to them that because of all my education in this and similar subjects, I google for accuracy. While they google for knowledge. I think it goes over their head.
I do rather enjoy watching them meltdown though.
