People lose because of votes they take if it's unpopular and there's a strong campaign to inform voters how they voted, and that vote affects them. A lot of the campaigns that flipped seats in Virginia last week were running ads on specific votes.

You are doing great! I'm fairly certain mondo is not identifiable without a bunch of work which they aren't going to do. I don't like that rule, but I also don't want to give any bad actors any leverage for an investigation.

If you look under the charges, you'll note there's a code section, 18-4-401, and then subsections (1) which is just the theft def, and (5) which is theft from a person, that's where the F5 afterward comes from.

It's stolen from the person: (5) Theft from the person of another by means other than the use of force, threat, or intimidation is a class 5 felony without regard to the value of the thing taken.
