Rad intro, neat concept actually, and with a cute callback to the OG series, but boy that execution is pretty cringey to behold. All the sexualizing of the women is really dumb even for the era and the way they utilize Wesley to expedite and fix the problems are pretty contrived.

An odd start to a show since it feels very written with the expectation that you are familiar with the OG series. The attitude around Picard as captain is very belittling. Plus Q nonsense right up front just sets up the shark to leap so it definitely asks if you are ready

The christmas gift I was most excited to get. I've been super interested in getting into Next Gen since following RLM and Plague of Gripes, and I really don't want to sign up for another freaking subscription.
So suffice to say I got a whole era of TV i missed out on now.
