Had to replace my showerhead filter so i weighed the old one and the new one for comparison and funsies, old one is more than 4 ounces heavier

I do a bunch of cat/cows then kneeling lunges, lay on my back for couple hip openers, this thing where i swing my legs around with my knees in tabletop, pulling my knees to my chest alternately, then a spinal twist. Sounds like a lot but takes maaaybe 6 minutes, also I need to learn names for things
