Thank you Ophelia. The Covid lockdown regime got me walking alone - initially just 3 miles. I started using YouTube advice from Harvard Prof David Sinclair, and progressed !

I'm aged 79, walk 50 - 70 miles a week. Daily diet: breakfast - sugar free fruit & nut muesli + blueberries, pomegranate seeds with Oatly Barista milk, and a banana; in walking breaks 8 cups of tea with oatmilk and 2 fruit scones; evening - small can of microwaved mixed vegetables.
No medications.

Andy Burnham could be a way into Labour Party decision-making after him speaking to the Environment Agency head. When I spoke to him last year at the Labour Party C, I subsequently briefed his team on the Liverpool John Moores University findings (reported in the Financial Times in February 2024).

I wonder which and how much cancerous PFAS chemicals had evaporated from the water? . . . then inhaled or passing through the human skin.
