Yep. You plug this little thing into the wall and it emits a low-level electronic sound that mice and rats hate. I just hope it keeps them out of the house. We've filled up all the holes we could find, but they're still getting in somewhere.

Good morning, all! Back from the cabin, getting an electronic rodent repeller, contractor coming soon to seal up cracks in the logs for flies. Ah, country living. The crazies and their trucks were back on the road yesterday, managed to avoid them, ate at Escondido in Santa Fe. Great place!

Avoiding the news as much as I can. So as diversion watched The Family Stone again. Sad to watch a bit since Diane Keaton is dying from breast cancer in it. But still it's a great fun movie and I needed distraction.

Happy 8th Day of Christmas! Leisurely drive yesterday, all the usual crazies must have been home nursing hangovers and/or watching football. Up at the cabin, battling flies again; can’t blame them for seeking warmth - it’s cold up here! Hope everyone is enjoying 2026 (so far). Go Mamdani!!
